What else do I need to know??

Unfortunately the rules for PR are too numerous to list here so I'll just point you to the SSAA Precision Rifle Rule Book. If you're new to PR please take a few minutes to review the rules, then if you still have questions, feel free to contact me via the Chat or email.
Course of Fire
The matchbook for centrefire will be emailed to registered competitors on the evening of 8 Mar 2024. The rimfire matchbook will be emailed out on the evening of 9 Mar 2024. Hardcopy matchbooks will also be available to competitors at Sign In on both days.
What equipment will I need?

A rifle zeroed (sighted in) and ready to go

A sling

A shooting mat or groundsheet (just in case the ground's damp)

At least 1 ten round or 2 five-round magazines

An empty chamber indicator (flag). If you don't have one T04 can sell you one.

A small rear bag (if you're unfamiliar with how rear bags are used, you might want to check out this video on - Using a Rear Bag.

Hearing protection is mandatory

Protective eyewear is also mandatory

A daypack that you can use to lug all your gear around from stage to stage

If you have a tripod, spotting scope or pair of binos, please bring those with you.
Ammunition
Shooters will require 100 rounds of ammunition for each discipline to see them through the weekend.
